About our work

We design and produce corporate and wedding gifts built around your brief. Product images, collections, and catalogues on this site are illustrative. Final pieces depend on your brief, material availability, and sample approval, and may vary accordingly.

Briefs, quotes, and orders

• Sharing a brief or inquiry is not a confirmed order.
• An order is confirmed once scope, pricing, timelines, and a sample are agreed in writing.
• For bespoke work, production begins after you approve a sample.
• Pricing depends on quantity, materials, customization, and delivery, and is shared in your individual proposal.

Timelines and delivery

We commit to agreed timelines and handle delivery end to end. Delivery dates depend on a confirmed brief, timely approvals, and factors outside our control (such as courier delays). We'll flag any risk to your timeline as early as we can.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this website belong to Sutra Gifting. Any logos or brand assets you share with us for customization remain yours, and you confirm you have the right to use them for your gifting order.

Liability

We take care to deliver quality and consistency on every order. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
